PRICING
Prices online may differ from in-store retail pricing.

DELIVERY OF YOUR FURNITURE
Our delivery personnel are available to deliver your furniture directly to your home. Our delivery charge includes inspection and set-up of your furniture. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not possible for us to provide an exact time of delivery. We will contact you either the evening prior or the morning of your scheduled delivery with a 4-hour estimate of your delivery time. You may also leave special instructions for us to call you at a specified number 30 minutes to an hour prior to your delivery so that the drivers can be met at your home. If for any reason it is necessary for you to reschedule your delivery, please NOTIFY US 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY. IN FAILURE TO DO SO, YOU WILL INCUR A REDELIVERY CHARGE. Driveways and sidewalks MUST be clear of snow and ice. Our delivery crew is required to wear shoes at all times. If you have any difficulty with your furniture purchase post delivery, we will send out our service technician to your home to inspect the concerns. After this process is complete (including time that may be needed for ordering parts), and if the goods are still not up to mfg. Standards we will take other courses of action to satisfy you. If a crew member feels that a delivery cannot be made to the location of your choice within your home without incurring possible property damage, you will be required to sign a waiver releasing Huffman Koos Furniture for any responsibility for such damages before any attempts is made to deliver your furniture. Rooms must be empty and ready to receive new furniture. Huffman Koos Furniture does not move existing furniture.

PLEASE BE PRESENT
In order for us to deliver to your satisfaction, it is important for you (our customer) to be present. If you have assigned another person to receive your delivery, please make sure they know that they are acting in your behalf and are fully responsible for merchandise inspection. We will not enter homes with only Minors present. It is your responsibility to inspect furniture at the time of pick-up or delivery.

MEASUREMENTS
It is your responsibility to measure for proper fit. If a piece is too large for a room or cannot be delivered due to size, utilizing standard delivery procedures, Huffman Koos does not assume any responsibility. Hoisting or disassembly can be done at customer’s expense.

CANCELATION/REFUNDS POLICY
If cancellation of an order is made prior to delivery a store credit will be issued. All store credit will only be applied towards purchases of equal or greater value. If the new purchase is greater then the store credit the difference must be paid. There are no store credits to be issued on delivered and received merchandise, floor sample, or special orders.

SERVICE POLICY
Huffman Koos Furniture believes our customer’s buying experience does not end once the furniture is in the customer’s home. For this reason, we stand behind all the products with competent service and stated warranties. We will attempt to repair merchandise beyond factory warranty at a $99 per hour rate plus parts. If your furniture requires any warranty work, you are responsible for the transportation of that item to our service department.
